Will email notifications be sent for the deleted issues?

For Jira server (on-premise), the email notifications are disabled for issues removed by Mass Delete since version 1.3.2.

In case of Jira cloud, the notifications will be sent because the Jira API does not provide a way to silence the notifications. If that's undesirable, you can temporarily adjust the project notification scheme for the duration of the process.
